Dis-Chem Fourways Mall is so hot. The aircon has not been working for Months, managers just don't care. How must we as consumers enjoy shopping at Dis-Chem. Please do something.

This is for when you are trying to book an appointment - for a baby no less. You are on the phone for 9+ minutes getting passed around from person to person, and the clinical receptionist says she's busy with a patient. Then why did she answer the phone if she cannot speak? Only then does she ask what I want. How must I book an appointment? There are many people without jobs PLEASE HIRE COMPTETANT STAFF!

Am overweight and rude staff member knocked into me hitting my broken wrist and didn’t even apologise. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The shop itself is not too bad and the staff are helpful, but this is more an egg hatcher or a incubator than a shop. I've never been in a hotter shop. Next time I'll come shirtless. Or rather, I won't come at all.

I enjoy this Dis-Chem, find myself always spend more than I like there stock amazing stuff and a great variety of products.  Haven’t had any issues at the pharmacy side, can occasionally wait 10 or so minutes but they are a busy pharmacy.

What a bad expereince. Waited 1,5 hours for my daughter's vaccine with only 6 people in front of me. Information captured incorrectly. Then the nurse injected my daughter with frozen vaccine and she had to wait with needle in her arm until vaccine melted. Very different expereince since I went there last year .  Will never go there again.

Bought a pregnancy test kit. Followed instructions exactly but the device did not work. Took it back and was told that Dischem does not accept returns of pregnancy kits. I explained that this was not a return but that the item I purchased was FAULTY and I wanted a replacement or refund. Lady was unhelpful, will not be going back again.

Ordered my repeat prescription to be delivered to my husband's work as always. Driver refused to deliver, demanding an OTP which was apparently sent to my phone, which did not happen. Never needed an OTP before. Spent the night without my epilepsy medication due to the refusal to deliver. Still has not been reversed on their system so I can't collect the supply myself at a store closer to home.

They don't even deserve 1 star. The clinic department is worse than a public clinic! I booked an appointment for a Covid test, arrived at the venue some few minutes before closing time and was told there are no swabs I should return the next day, without any care that they have wasted both my time and money to get there. No one had informed me prior to coming that they are out of swabs.  The lady who seemed to be in charge of the Covid tests Mpho had the guts to say I as sick as I felt should go to the DISCHEM clinic in store, which was quite a walk away and find out for myself if they have swabs then return to the venue, while they have the resources to call the clinic and find out.  I HAD TO ASK THEM TO. Still then no one bothered to call and find out.  After wasting my time, I guess they realized I will not return home until I get tested SUDDENLY the swabs magically appeared, I got tested and paid.  By far the most appalling service I have received. The fact that they lied and said they ran out of swabs is the worst part.

Had my vaccine this morning. The queue looked so long but moved incredibly efficiently. Everyone was helpful, friendly, kind.  Great experience thank you Dischem and your amazing team
