Worst place and service ever. Pharmacy took forever to give me my medication and then processed the wrong items. Tried talking to the manger but she is rude and falsely accused me of asking for the wrong things. Isles were dirty saw bugs and rat droppings. Sale items with an accurate label did not ring up as the correct price and manager again rude and did not want to be of any assistance. Security looks at you as if you will Rob them and when you inform them of someone shoplifting they falsely accused you of doing it. I will never be going back there again as they Rob you blind with their ridiculous prices. Clicks will have my undying support.

The level of service is non-existent! They do not follow up on stock issues, do not communicate and do nothing to remedy their lack of professionalism. I have given them opportunity in the past to redeem themselves but it's like flogging a dead horse!

The service I received at this abysmal excuse for a pharmacy was beyond appalling. As a pharmacist myself, I was utterly disgusted by the complete lack of professionalism and basic customer care demonstrated by the staff. In my years of experience, prioritizing and assisting customers has always been paramount. However, at this pitiful establishment, the pharmacists and assistants seemed to have mastered the art of incompetence. Imagine the audacity of these so-called professionals, standing there like statues, deliberately avoiding any form of eye contact with everyone patiently waiting in line. We, unfortunate enough to be at the front of the line endured a torturous 15-minute wait at an empty dispensary where NO ONE was being helped. What a sorry sight it was, witnessing the pharmacists and assistants leisurely rearranging shelves and engaging in mindless banter while the line grew longer and longer. I know helping customers can take time, and I completely respect waiting in line if the staff are busy. But I have never experienced such service anywhere. To make matters worse, not a single soul bothered to acknowledge the increasing dissatisfaction among the customers. It was an absolute disgrace, tarnishing the already diminishing reputation of the pharmacy industry. This is precisely why the public has lost respect for pharmacists. Which is sad, because not all of us are this incompetent, and pharmacists like me take PRIDE in our jobs! I would rather part with my hard-earned money at a private pharmacy, even if it means paying a premium, than subject myself to the abhorrent treatment experienced at this sorry excuse for a healthcare facility. The abominable service I encountered here is a testament to the profound disregard for customer well-being and epitomises everything that is wrong with the field of pharmacy. I would suggest that the owner takes a look at the cameras because if this happened at a private pharmacy the RP would be in BIG trouble. What a disgrace. All I want to know is how did these pharmacists and assistants get the job? This is shocking!

All dischem stores have alot of items at great prices. This store is quite big and gets busy as well. Alot of cashiers to keep the line flowing so one wont need to get frustrated and agitated come to the end of your shopping.

Great selection of things but excessively poor customer service. What’s the point of going to a particular shop where the things you need *might be* available, but you don’t have access to buy them due to negligent staff members.

Staff is very helpful and very happy to assist! Definitely love shopping here!

Pack my meds has good service, however, when your script ends it would be nice to receive an email reminder. Also, what's the point of having a phone if no one ever answers? No one in that branch answers the phone so you are forced to communicate via email.

Benny Mabitsela, the cashier who assisted me was very kind and helpful. Served me cheerfully with a big smile.

They NEVER answer the phone. At any hour, any extension. Definitely an issue if you need to speak to dispensary.
