Went in to get a vaccine today. Online booking system is quick, the sister was kind and friendly and she booked my follow up for me. Was in and out within minutes.
My husband was told to be there before 1pm today to get his flu vaccination. Only to be sent to the covid vaccination queue and the nurse was MIA. For 1 hour you wasted his time and said you didn’t know where the nurse was. Only to realise that oh he actually wants a flu vaccine and not covid. This is the third bad experience at this terrible clinic. When I ask to speak to a manager I’m told that he is off for the weekend. SMH
My husband and I went in to get the flu injection. What a pleasant experience with the most wonderful and friendly nurse. We ended up doing our yearly check ups.

What an amazing group of people who make a shopping experience amazing. Went in to buy just a face wash. Saw other items I need. Nhlakanipho saw that I had my hands full and brought me a basket to put my stuff in. Friendly greeting from the store manager Vernon. How on earth do you serve 2 people who found me sitting here and the pharmacist saw me sitting when I confront him, he says I was supposed to get a ticket. OK I don't have a ticket and you saw that I came 1st then serve me, fact of the matter is I was here fact and you saw me
Had a booster shot administered here, the nurse.was rudely interrupted by a random phone call and that was more important than doing her actual job... Wow Who is the Manager at this store??
chaotic. every time i have been to this branch there has been a long queue even though the store is not busy.
I called the Clicks store in Sandton this morning to find out if they administering the Covid-19 vaccines. I was told they are until 14:00. I drove from JHB South and was told that the sister left and no one can assist me. What a waste of time.
I cannot get hold of anyone on any of the extentions. I have been trying all day. Its the same for the Benmore gardens branch as well. When im lucky enough for someone to answer and they transfer me, the line is dead.
