Woodmead Dis-chem Pharmarcy

Got there on time and there was nobody at reception. Someone without an appointment cut the queue and went in ahead of me that ticked me off but my appointment with nurse Ngwane was top shelf. Highly recommend. The 1 star lost is because the rest of the staff were pretty unhelpful and weren't checking the order of the queue.

Very rude staff. What a disaster. Staff standing in groups talking blocking the aisle not letting you through. Walking without looking and ready to knock you over if you don’t get out of the way. Cashier dropped empty baskets in front of me when I went to pay making it difficult to manoeuvre around them. Won’t come here again.

I do my facials every month at Dischem Woodmead branch done by Polly, she's the best. I would even give 10stars

zero communication pharmacy never answers there phone never calls back never responses to emails nothing has improved after 18 years not sure why i support this company!

Charging me higher price on product and wasting my time. Happening 2nd time in one week. Chek price from the shelves.

Your usual Dischem located in Woodmead. It's convenient if you are in the area, quick stop to get in and get what you need. During busy times, don't expect the same, it can be quiet a wait. Good pricing, well stocked, good service.

I visited Dischem at Woodmead on the Thursday before Black Friday. I was met by Ashley Pillay at the fragrance counter who very patiently helped me while I went on a smelling tour through the entire Bentley range. Once I had made up my mind as to which products I wanted to purchase, he even assisted me to the teller to make sure the special prices were correct. Even though the teller was ready to go home after a hard day's work, she eagerly assisted me. After paying, Ashley wrapped my gifts with great care, whilst also helping his colleagues assist customers with their fragrance questions. This man deserves a big round of applause and a bonus!

The store manager at Dischem Woodmead is the rudest Iv dealt with. I will be putting a complaint through with their call centre manager his so arrogant that he didn’t bother even listening to our issue, insisting that my husband wore something he bought a day ago, proving him wrong in the store opening up another item and showing him they all have the same issue.... Never visiting this store again..... Pathetic service from the store manager appalled by his rude ways.....

Always a pleasant experience shopping at this store. Well stocked and set up cleverly for ease of shopping. Staff is really helpful and with good product knowledge.

Kudos to Patricia and Francinah for being extremely patient and professional with me whilst searching for an old purchase of mine from the system. Truly impressed with these ladies. The 4 stars are for them. However, I think you can do away with your customer care section as the 2 ladies sitting there today at around 13h00 were very dismissive claiming that the system is down and that I should come tomorrow? I guess the system doesn't work @ entrance but work @exit.
