The most unprofessional and shady company I've dealt with. I don't know how they're still in operation with the distasteful manner in which they treat their customers.

Supposed to have injections every 28days. Never arrives on the right day. I phoned this morning phone rings for ages before any one answers it was told to hold and then cut off. Phoned back phone still rings for ages. Enquired about the injections and was told that they will be sent tomorrow. Only once have these injections arrived without someone calling about them. Terrible service..

Drivers routinely drive in emergency lane, misuse turning lanes etc.

I wish we could review with no stars! Awful company, staff, managers and directors are all rude. They blame their clients for whom they distribute for their poor service. When you call the supplier they inform you that thee are no stock supply issues, that this is a Qestmed issue. They are also prone to lying. Most unhelpful company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!

Your drivers are highly aggressive and careless! They are putting everyone’s life at the centre in danger!!! They drive over 60km/h in a comercial centre. Have something done about this immediately.

They do not answer their phone. Do not respond to queries regarding the delivery of medication. Do not even respond to the prescribing doctor.
