The Compounding pharmacy of South Africa

I have used this pharmacy for years but the customer service I have experienced in the last 6 months has been nothing short of shocking. There is no communication if there is a stock shortage, you must follow up on your order that is over week late only for them to tell you there is a stock shortage, sometimes they just don't respond to the email used for placing orders. Shocking

Very helpful, efficient and easy to deal with. I wish they had a follow up service to pre-order scripts, but otherwise they are a breeze to work with, a much more pleasant experience to the bigger pharmacy groups.

I needed a meds I couldn’t get anywhere else. This pharmacy is efficient and very helpful. I particularly want to thank and compliment Tshegofatso Mooketsi who is always fast to answer my emails and always makes sure i get my order as soon as possible. I bought a product from the Compounding Pharmacy, Mastic Gum, in capsule form. The product inside the capsules was not at all like mastic gum. The colour was different, the taste was different, the smell was different and the consistency was different. Their product did not work either. I am very familiar with mastic gum as I have used this product in its raw form and I have used the product made by Solal. I believe that the compounding pharmacy are selling, at a very high price, a product that is not the genuine thing. They refused to help me, even when I brought in the comparisons, as shown on the photo. Beware of buying stuff that does not have a reliable brand name from the compounding pharmacy, a total waste of time and money.

This place is let down by certain staff members. Today was the last straw. The pharmacist who I don't want to name was totally unprofessional partly ignoring me and chatting with the other lady and her customers about marriage and holiday plans whilst I stood there dumbfounded. Please be more professional. All I asked for was a fee minutes of your time. It's only because of your behaviour and attitude that I won't be back and cannot recommend this pharmacy

Very friendly and accommodating staff. It was the first time i visited this pharmacy but i was really impressed. I will definitely visit again even though you 50 kilometers from my home

I only dealt with them online, but the service was excellent

I took the product for my joints and it has helped me but every time I take the tablets I get a terrible heart burn. I stopped them and I was fine. The day I took them again, heart burn is back with vengeance.
