Just went to Clicks Alberton City, and the conduct of most of the cashiers is less than impressive. Most of the cashiers were loud and discussing everything but assist clients. I have to name Kgotso, who was supposed to assist us but decided to rather leave without any explanation, and assist his friend. The manager is clearly not in control of whats happening, or just ignores the unprofessional behaviour by the staff. When we informed her of what just happened, she looked less interested and just couldn't wait for us to leave. I have to commend Tiisetso though, who tried to salvage the situation and gave us 5 star service.
The store manager is very helpful and friendly.I am happy with their customer service...
Doesnt even deserve one star, 18 people waiting at pharmacy 2 people working and one is on the phone not serving anyone and even when he wasn't on the phone still wasn't serving anyone. I stood in the queue yesterday got to the counter and there wss no stock now I'm back to collect those meds and in the queue again even though I took a pre packed ticket. Now I'm at the till, two people working it's 13h30 and the queue is full. Why have 10 till points? Does anyone care about customer service and customer time?
I would rate minus 5 stars to this pathetic clicks, pathetic staff and pathetic nurse that took 2 hours to give us vaccine. This is the worst shop I have ever been in, it reminded me of a graveyard, will never set foot in that horrible shop ever again
I'm utterly dissapointed in how you treat the elderly. My mother of 75 years was in your store yesterday and you accused her of stealing!!!and you called the police to escourt her out the building and into a police van!!!!wow,what incredible service you give...My mother was treated disrespectfully by a staff member and was accused of stealing something she bought from a different pharmacy and was told she stole it there and was told to show the slip,but it was bought long ago,how must she then produce a slip???We will not leave this unatended and will take this matter further .
My husband went there for his 2nd vacine and they just refused to open vacine for him to be vacinated because he was the only one there. 3rd time to try and get vacinated. Nad bad service. But all over is the covernment urging us to get vacinated. How does clixks
Sister arrives late. My appointment was 9.10 am for my vaccination but it's a free for all here and people without appointments go first. Really annoying
The new system collecting receipt not satisfactory one can not be on queue for more that an hour to be assisted in a hot without air-condition shop no ways something should be done to improve their service. We talking of social distancing but having whole lot of people waiting around the shop to be serviced not on at all. Change tour strategy
I went to Clicks Alberton City today and bought Vita multi vitamins that were on special for buy 2 get one free among other things. When I got home to unpack all vitamins were not there. Very disappointed. This is about R300 worth of vitamins.
Service is great and the staff very helpful. Their perfume prices are a bit on the steep side but other than that I found it am overall good experience.
