I rated 5 stars because of the excellent service I experienced. The salesman, Verne, hope I have the spelling correct, was very helpful and went out his way to assist. I was looking for a transmission mounting for a 2007 Spark. Couldn't find the one that's on my car but he kept trying. Thank you alot Midas.

We visited this store today as we needed wipers and it was in the area we delivered in. We decided to check out the local Midas. on arrival, the staff were super friendly and directed us to the nearest counter for assistance. There we meet a gentleman by the name of Eddie. As mentioned, we needed wipers for an imported BMW E39 and unfortunately, they didn't have the vehicle-specific item. Eddie requested we bring the wipers into the store for inspection which we did. He tried matching the wipers but there was not a wiper to match. Eddie then offered to swap out the blades rubbers and put them on our original wipers. It took about ten minutes and we had brand new rubbers on our wipers. The price was excellent and we're happy customers. Thanks for your help today Eddie. Keep up the excellent work. Midas has a fantastic franchise here. I would recommend you stop by for your spares.

Good service. Good quality products. Staff and management are very helpful. Had a problem with a product that had to be returned on Tuesday 16/01/18. A staff member referred me to the manager Fabian. The problem was discussed with him. He assisted and came up with a solution. It is always a pleasure dealing with a service provider who is willing to listen.
