Springbok clinic and Pharmacy

I do so miss the old Springbok Pharmacy, so many of the products I loved and ordered on a regular basis are no longer available under the Dischem banner and we are forced to buy the products Dischem offers at far higher prices and the services is terrible since they were taken over. Need a recommendation for a pharmacy that cares because Dischem isn't it.

Reasonably priced meds to purchase with friendly service and staff. Always a good shopping experience.

This pharmacy has all the medication you need. They have been bought over by dischem and when they lose staff they don't replace them. The staff is not friendly. One of the staff members were rude to us clients due to new rules in distributing medicine. They are losing a lot of clients. It's hardly as busy as it used to be. Since dischem has bought them over they have lost the family feeling and the prices have gone up of most of the products.

Have now been to this clinic twice to get my Covid booster without any success. I am 76 years of age and getting to and from places is a challenge. Trying to do the right thing, but unfortunately some people just don't care, it's no wonder South Africa has such a poor track record with service like this .

I have been actively shopping at Springbok since 2012. Love the pharmacy staff. Very helpful and friendly. Lately, battling to find things I have always bought there. Please, keep track of prices on shelf as you are often overcharged at the till. Then it's a 15 minute process to get the shelf price, if they will listen to you. We were blessed enough to have a security guard watching us yesterday. Store card is pointless. Spend a small fortune there monthly, on store brands and other brands too. No rewards loaded...

I really love going to springbok pharmacy. I have known this place since I was small. What I don't appreciate is th staff telling customers about there bad experience they under go working for the owner of Springbox Pharmacy. In actual fact it's got nothing to do with the public. But if the owner is as bad as they explain to most customers I think that the owner should take time to listen to their employees and treat them fairly to avoid these conversations in the work place.

Been there countless times and the stuff is super friendly and helpful. What I've noticed though that is unsettling is the security guards in the store have a tendency of following customers and watching themas if we have the intention to steal or look suspicious , it happened to me and my brother today and it seems unethical. Won't be my first choice pharmacy any more.

The website indicated that Fragrances were not stocked by them anymore.

I only buy USN products at the pharmacy but they have good prices

Poor service and staff very unfriendly since the new group of Dischem took over i must say its no more the Pharmacy to go to. 20% month end special have vanished into thin air. I do not see any more customers loyalty with specials ect and promo goods on meds ect it now realy not a place seen to go shopping for. Very Disappointed to see
