Been going to this pharmacy for years. I decided to leave a review after seeing two negative review that I feel I must address. Firstly, they will only turn someone away for an injection if they are so busy that the nurse simply has no time to perform the injection. It has to be performed by a nurse. Secondly, the entire family is friendly, and if you think they ever come across as rude that's because they are dealing with mass volume of very sick people and often, these are people presenting with covid. The covid pandemic has meant pharmacists have to play the role of doctor. So when they say jump, you say "how high". These people are incredible. Give respect where it is due.
Today was not a good day for a pharmacy we have used for years in our family and consistently referred friends to. After spending quite a long period of time in the que for an urgent vitamin B12 injection for my neuropathy that is flaring up and leaving me in excruciating pain, I was turned away by Hansie Once I was in the front quite flippantly because they were just too busy to give injections. I left feeling hopeless and let down, although the increase in Covid Cases has created stress and probably an influx of foot traffic in the pharmacy, I dont believe it is justifiable to simply just dismiss someone who was in pain and quite prepared to wait.
Love the cashier that works there. Always friendly. Not to fond of the pharmacist wife and daughter. An attitude of entitlement and doing me a favour. However the rest of the staff are a ray of sunshine and so helpful.
