The photo of the sunset was taken outside Dischem in Jeffrey’s Bay. Since I have no photo of the store this photo is symbolic of the great service I received on Monday 12 November 2018 It also should remind the reader that Dischem remains open until 6 pm weekdays and is open on both Saturday and Sunday. See times below.

Their whatsapp never works and email orders and some of the staff at dispensary is sometimes rude

Dis-chem Pharmacy recently underwent another renovation, now seemingly taking up most of the mall. It is quite impressive how large the store is, and how well-run the clinic is.  The clinic was incredibly helpful, providing a full cholesterol test for both my parents and I. The sister on duty was professional, provided great laughs and made us feel at ease while running the tests, including bloodwork and needles which not many people are fond of, which the sister is well aware of; calming and encouraging us through the whole process.  It is conveniently located in the Fountains Mall, near the intersection between Humansdorp, Port Elizabeth, and the rest of Jeffreys Bay and its surrounds.

Useless,  using busy as an excuse for incompetence.    Person can die without their chronic medicine but excuse 400 emails and faxes came through.  Get more staff really!!!!!! Unfortunately medical aid restricts you to your suppliers.   Absolutely exhausted with the level of service in the medical profession.

I was away in the Tstitsikamma in December 2018, I had to go for my repeat script for my meds, and on both occasions had I been treated well, friendly, warm and helpful staff, I am a Dischem customer for years from Gauteng.. Thank you so much! Well done to all you dispensing staff, as well as ground staff.  I definitely give them 10 Stars, :-  Regards Very Satisfied customer.

Harshly dissapointed at the service we've received here, the lack of humanity was just disgusting. We were gifted a holiday trip for a weekend stay in a resort in Jbay when we got engaged, unfortunately our latex protection failed us during that weekend and had to go here for emergency contraceptives, upon asking the old broad behind the "pharmacists" counter for the mentioned contraceptives, she yelled out at us this with a queue of nearly a dozen people behind us and a shop full of people "WE DONT DO ABORTIONS HERE!".

I was assisted by a very kind, friendly, helpful and patient young man today. Thank you for excellent service Ethan. God bless.

Great service everytime. However to book an appointment for your clinic services is an extremely tedious process.
