Really really impressed with their service! I arrived first thing yesterday morning wanting to exchange items I bought the previous week. The lady said no problem took my items and details told me to walk around the shop get whatever I needed and when I went down the aisle to pay she met me with my voucher at the teller authorised it. The easiest and best service I’ve gotten for exchanging items by far !  Their prices are pretty good as well, we a wide wide range of items.  Recommend this dis-chem any day !!

Bad service, a product bag broke while I'm at the cashier with 3 children and they expect me to go fetch a new one at the back of the shop. Staff walk over my kids without trying to let them pass. This shop won't see us again.

There is ample parking. It's easy to navigate the shop. You can also have a clinic consult there.

Always well stocked and friendly staff, online orders are exceptionally quick..

On a public hoilday I waited 8 til 9. There was more then 20 customers waiting outside on a month end . We were all waiting for staff to arrive.  Just bad service

I have "STOPPED" teh spam sms so many times over the years, yet they keep coming. So much for the POPIA..... who can I report Dischem for this disregard of my privacy and time?

Did some shopping there today with my 7 month old baby and having my hands quite full! and there were staff in every aisle greeting and offering to be of assistance. From asking if they could return something to a shelf on my behalf, to pushing my trolley to the tills, unpacking my goods, pushing the trolley to my car, and unpacking the goods in my car's boot - talk about good service! I was so grateful for all their help! Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff at Dis-Chem Cape Road!

What a mission to get through to anyone.  Continuous voice recording.  When someone eventually answers you get put through from pillar to post and eventually get cut off. Happened 3 times.  Rather going elsewhere.

Dischem Newton Park Cape Road... Such a rude nurse/doctor... I am utterly disgusted.

Were ordering the wrong medication. When I go back to exchange they told me due to covid regulations they can't exchange a sealed packet. But anything else you buy in Dischem they can exchange very unhappy and won't ever go back there.
