Today I felt like a criminal the way Malcolm treated me, without explaining what's wrong with my script he interrogate me about where did I got the script, which hospital, he need to phone the Docter at the hospital..Every one was looking at me as if I did something wrong. After the call he have the nerve to tell the doctor is not available. Now he wants to tell me one of my meds has been discontinued, he didn't even have the courtesy to offer alternative medication..you treated me with disrespect..as a first time customer I am extremely disappointed by your unprofessional behaviour.

The pharmacist Gary always knows what meds I require when I phone in and ask for my chronic medication. I've getting my medication for roughly 15 years now and I struggle to find any other pharmacy with the same efficient and reliable service.

Asked for oral rehydration salts for my child. They refused to give it for no valid reason. I ended up having to go to the doctor and then she prescribed the very medication, I was asking for. Some youngster behind the counter lied to me and said it will not help with diarrhea, only replace electrolytes. The doctor said that is rubbish. Thank you youngster, for wasting my time and money. Don't go to the ginger gentleman.

All-round pleasant experience to call them or popping in for meds or whatever. Generally very professional and the personal touch is a huge plus. Ample parking.

Waiting outside then told they close at 11 no indication that they will help people waiting so I left.

Helpful and they sell migraine kits which clicks no longer sell

The pharmacist named Kirshan George, really impressed me with his excellent service. I called in with a late order of my usual meds and Kirshan went the extra mile to make sure I got it the very same day. Thanks so much Keep up the good work

Made and appointment for my wife and I for the 15th. It was written on our appointment card the 15th. Take time off work to get there and they tell us our appointment is for the 16th. They can't help us. Thanks for the bad experience and for wasting our time. You won't see us again.
