Lovely staff, always very kind and caring, Pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and cashiers alike. They take time to get to know you, and ask after your family. They always have a warm smile for you, and this goes a long way when you are not feeling well. Have been going there for 12 years . Quick and efficient service. Also great WhatsApp ordering medication service. The medication delivery system at home is very good. It's definitely a family orientated pharmacy. Thanks for your care!

The pharmacist thinks she is a Dr instead of listening she started prescribing things that does not work for me , the more I told her , the more she went into school teacher mode. Made me feel uncomfortable, if she wanted to be a dr she should have ! I for one was not impressed at all and will not return for more of that! Keep your convenience!

Never had a bad experience with Schuin Villa. Friendly, efficient staff and go above and beyond the call of duty as far as delivery is concerned.

The doctors here are excellent and looks after the patient and their needs. Friendly and always helpful to getting you back to full health.

Luyolo...... You might think you are their only customer, but they have routes planned, so don't bad mouth the best pharmacy in town just because you wanted your medicine in your time frame..... Call a friend if you can't wait like everyone else. I have been with scheinvilla for over 3 years now, and I only have good things to say about them. Stop attacking good companies and start being more understanding.

On December 15th 2021 I used the Schuin Villa's Whatsapp service to request a delivery for tablets,this was around 9:30am. After 1pm after enquired and I was told they are being dispatched, and after that I was plainly ignored. This is shocking service, Im in covid isolation and stay alone. Worst part is that the Pharmacy is less than 500m away from where I live .. I am truly disgusted

Excellent service thankyou Schuin Villa. It is the best pharmacy in town, they go out of their way to make sure you get the best treatment and will deliver meds if its not a "normal" item they stock and they have to order it from the depots, I can really and truely recommend Schuin Villa. Keep it up! 5star treatment.

This is a lovely pharmacy. But I do not agree with the pharmacist who persistently wants to give me other medicine than what the doctors prescription says. I don't know why she did that. The doctor specifically prescribed me antibiotics for a certain reason for certain personal factors. I had to go back to the doctor today and he was not happy that I took these alternatives. Only now to spend another R200 AGAIN on medicine because of the pharmacist that didn't give me the correct pills in the first place. Needless to say I did definitely not go back to Schuin Villa and went to another pharmacy that actually gave me the DOCTOR prescribed to me.

If the pharmacy states on their answering service and everywhere else they are open until 6pm i would hope it to be true. We came here today at about 17:50 and nothing doors locked gate closed. They had to have left a while ago already. Not good for the people that work and need to pick up a prescription

Not a huge fan. The parking is very cramped and the pharmacy too, it's also really dark and hot in there. The staff were very friendly though, except for the lady at the self-medication counter who made me feel like it was my fault she had to be at work that day!
