Five stars to the staff members that helped me. I had to take my grandma to the dentist, she cannot walk properly anymore. She could use the wheelchair there and use the lift. After her appointment it was loadshedding so we couldn't use the lift, and the staff members CARRIED my grandma in the wheelchair down the stairs, and then gently helped her into the car!! This was above and beyond, and they deserve a raise!

An appointment time means nothing. Waited one hour 10 min to see the doctor after I had made an appointment. Lines are insane. Then had to wait 45minutes at radiology. I left. edit: good service thereafter

Had an appointment for 3.30pm, only saw the doctor Dr. Patrick Gotyana at 4.30pm. When asked why I had to wait an hour to see the doctor, the receptionist said it depends on the time spent on the previous patient. They also confirmed that they book a patient every 15 minutes... which is ridiculous when their policy is 'depending on the needs of the previous patient'. Won't recommend to go there. Your time is not valued.

Visited Dr Iisa last week. Unprofessional, unfriendly and did not give me any medical advice concerning the reason for my visit, nor did she ask me any questions surrounding my condition. I even felt extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend her at all, as I’ve never experienced such an awkward consultation before. I left with no answers / diagnosis and was told there is no medical problem. However, I visited Dr Pilcher the next day - he was very friendly and professional! He answered all my questions and sent me for x-rays as well as a possible diagnosis. Highly recommend!

I have a phobia about dentists and I am 52 years old. Saw Dr Cronje for the first time yesterday. What a breath of fresh air. Very professional, patient and humorous. She put me completely at ease and did a fantastic job. Highly commended!!!

Great Drs mine is Dr Blighnauth but saw Dr Gotyana last visit.Receptionists to Nurses friendly committed staff.

I am happy with the service I received here. From the lady taking the temperature outside, to the receptionists, the Doctor and the nurse who assisted me. Everything went smoothly. Everyone I encountered was of great assistance. You could tell that it pleased them to offer their services to me. I have absolutely no complaints. Dr IISA is amazing! Lovely service definitely recommend!

Poor service. Terrible staff. Takes 10min for 2 people to get temperatures and fill in covid forms for 8 people entering the building. Takes another 10min to get seated. Only seen an hour and a half after my appointment. I'm sure those terrible receptionists put people ahead of me who didn't have bookings. Please train your staff to be useful and respectful. I have often seen how badly they treat patients and I have been on the receiving end. 4 people walked out of the centre. You are losing patients because of the atrocious service. I literally saw 4 people walk out. I am also considering going to a health centre that actually respects the patients.

Dr Iisa and her secretary both never did their jobs! I was at Dr Iisa on Monday 8 November 2021 and she needed to contact Discovery to refer me to a specialist and she assured me it would be done that day, I called her the Tuesday and she told me it was done just for me to call again on Thursday 11/11/2021, I spoke to her secretary and she told me they have done the request I then asked if they had followed up and she told me they have, I then decided to call discovery just for them to tell me that the request was never done and Discovery called them asking for the referral letter, once discovery called, I called them again and followed up only then had they started the referral process. they are lazy and do not do their jobs!!!!!!!!!!! Not even to mention the lack of examining me on the day.
