After an unfortunate incident, I needed to visit this PEGP on Cape Road. Being a pensioner I was very happy when I was charged the pensioner's pro bono rate. My wait was about 15 minutes before going in to see the duty doctor who confirmed my suspicions. The clerk on duty went out of his way to assist me. I found these staff quite friendly and helpful. Thanks to management and staff for a great visit.

Pathetic service recieved. Arrive 21:00 in the 4th of January nurse on duty makea it very clear that they close at 22:00. Dr can hardly speak properly sends you for x-rays. Did x-rays on the 5th goes back only to be seen by another dr that clearly can not read x-rays. And off you go in pain. And on the 8th atill no feedback as to x-rays report.

Quick and efficient straight in to doctor, yes a premium is paid but its 7pm on a Sunday I would also want to charge a premium, wouldn't anyone who's paid for a service? Very happy with the doctor.

Have been going to PEGP for over two years now. Great service and wonderful to not be stuck in hospital casualties with weekend or after hours emergencies. So grateful that PE has this facility.

I found the service here very poor because why can't they claim from medical aid even though the main member does not reside in the same City, it is ridiculous actually because some of us are here for studies and what's the difference if they claim straight from medical aid and you reclaiming? Such Poor service I am so disappointed in this facility.

I had a German friend with a problem with swallowing, I asked if I could come over to help him. This was at 21:40. The nurse and receptionist told me they were closing soon and can’t help me.

Avoid. Greenacre Hospital is across the road; rather head that way.
