I have been shopping here for years and have always found it convenient. In fact I have tried to reduce shopping at supermarkets and try to buy as much as possible from Dischem because of their prices and wide range of products. However to my recent dismay I found myself having to deal with their cosmetics' manager. What a rude, arrogant, unhelpful, unapologetic, dismissive, unobliging person she turned out to be!  It beggars belief how she keeps her job.

Great bunch of people. Used them for years. Pharmacists who care for sure!! Reason why they so busy at times! Queues move rapidly

Always very busy and prescription area alway has a queue. Staff not overly helpful but this can be a norm generally speaking when it's a convenient site or location with adequate undercover non payment parking.

Terrible service. Not one pharmacist willing to help after waiting with Noone in the que for 20 minutes??? Avoid this pharmacy!

My 78 year old God mother and her 80 year old sister waited in the dispensary queue for close to an hour because 3 of the 5 pharmacists had gone on lunch at the same time.

Absolute worst service! I have been trying to call in to find out if there is stock available of a kitchen scale. I have been hung up on five times and the switchboard puts my call through to the wrong department with every call. Please get this fixed as soon as possible!

I went straight to the self-medication for a pharmacist to assist me, he didn't even care to ask questions for clarity but sent me to a lady in the supplement section. I went to find this lady and she was busy with a customer, I spoke to another gentleman who then directed me to another lady in the hair section. I asked this lady for her opinion on the product and she was very rude and dismissive to me. I am very disappointed at how I was not helped and the terrible experience there.

Pharmacy doesn't give disable people a separate que, they have to struggle and follow the long ques, a poor lady couldn't manage to stand for her chronic. Very sad

Tried calling your pharmacy, they keep answering and cutting the call. Total waste off time.

Best Dis-Chem ever! Love the staff and always well stocked.
