Paul and his crew are still amazing! As a family we have shopped there for years. We have moved away & don't get to this side of town often. We had a situation develop a little while ago. Joanne at the sisters station was amazing! Great advice and service.

Quick service. Helpful staff. Always use this pharmacy.

Some times good, some times not. Have arrived in the past to find my script was not ready and no one had a clue. They have strange delivery rules and are not clear on whether they can deliver or not. I have still not actually managed to have something delivered from them.

Terrible service at this pharmacy. Business hrs clearly state 17:00 on a Sunday. I phoned on my way to confirm, the gentleman clearly stated 17:00. Arrived at 16.56, the security refused to open the gate, he said they close at 16.55. Is this a privare arrangement at this pharmacy between staff and security? Have never encountered this at other Medicare pharmacies. This been a emergency pharmacy makes it even worse.

Hasn’t been the same since “new management “. I prefer a family pharmacy for things like their special bum cream which helped my daughter heal faster when she has a bug. I was really heartbroken when I was told things had changed and this item wasn’t available. So I won’t be a regular anymore.

Open till late 7day a week

Sad decline in organisation. No one seems to know what is actually happening in their own pharmacy. You are told there are no appointments taken for vaccination and to just come before 2pm. When I got there at quater to one I was told the sister was leaving and that no more vaccines would be issued. An elderly couple was also turned away, after being asked if they had an appointment. I had even phoned at 12pm that same day tp confirm they had stock and nothing was said about a 1pm deadline, just a "yes" in reply to my question about stock availability. You take off work to get a vaccine done, follow all their supposed requirements and then get asked to simply come back the next day.

The convenience of the pharmacy being opened for long hours. The professionalism of the staff. Best pharmacy in Gauteng by far.

Somethings needs to be done at that Medicare pharmacy, the attitude is pathetic and racist the lady that does the bookings for COVID vaccine. She brings disrepute to the medical practice. My son had his second covid vaccine done it does not reflect on the system called the pharmacy at 9am told they would call me back never did. The racist lady that hates non whites especially Muslims when I called her again to find out why no one called me kept me waiting on the line for more than 20 minutes before getting the store manager to speak to me. Furthermore when I asked her when will someone call me she just kept ignoring me.

What a shame. Wletervreden pharmacy, now Medicare used to be our favorite family pharmacy. Open until 10, now not. The attitude from the women at cashupi s SO UNFRIENDLY and at times downright RUDE. Thank goodness Barbara is still there! So sad.
