The clinic nurse at this pharmacy is extremely rude, I have never met such a rude woman, I will never bring my baby again to be vaccinated at this pharmacy. I really hope they replace her. Anybody else reading these reviews, rather stay away go to another pharmacy for vaccinations.

My baby and I walked out of the pharmacy in tears. Most probably the worst bedside manners I have ever encountered from a Sister.  We came to vaccinate our baby girl, and from the moment we walked in the door,  to her unsolicited advice about medical aids, to how she was shouting at me just because I am a first time mom, to the way she was handling my baby - it was just awful. I would not refer the next person there. So disappointed.

The clinic sister has the worst bedside manner we've encountered before. Also accused my wife of trying to oberdose our girl for asking for a certain vacation.  We'll never use their service again.

The man at the dispensary is extremely rude and miserable. The sister is good for baby vaccinations but their overall attitude towards customers makes you not want to go there. Very old school in the way they treat people.

Wow I have never been treated so well at a pharmacy. All the people are really helpful. I will definitely be making this my pharmacy of choice from now on. Thank you.

The Sister at El Corro pharmacy is my latest absolutely amazing discovery. She is a bundle of joy and her years of experience show in her care and approach to whatever it is you need assistance with. The entire team at this pharmacy is super helpful. As I have waited for the sister I have listened to the caring way the treat each person who walks in.  From the always smiling man who greets you at the door to the assistant and cashier.  They also have a range of generic medicine that they offer you and of course this is very kind on the pocket.  I will be moving my chronic scripts account to this old-time-you-are-not-a-number pharmacy.

I love going to this pharmacy! Amazing, caring and helpful staff who treat you with kindness and compassion. Efficient and knowledgeable pharmacists who really listen and go out of their way to assist. From the person who sanitizes your hands at the door, to the pharmacists , general staff/people at the pay point it's a pleasure dealing with everyone working here!

The most powerful tool for business is to take care of your everyday customers. out of a 100% I will rate Elcorro Pharmacy 110% the best pharmacy thus far around Roodepoort. I would like to thank the employees and management for excellent service on my visit this past Saturday. Thumbs up

I want to stress this now Customer service is the main source for a successful  business. I am so happy to see that customer service is still being practiced, thank you for the best service starting from the entrance of Elcorro Pharmacy administrated by the guard with his warmth, keep it up madala to the management of the establishment.
