Not at all competent on the phone. Internet sources say that they deliver within a 5km radius. Can't answer yes or no to this simple question. Followed by a no, despite the fact that I am inside a 5km radius. When people have sick children or are sick themselves this kind of incompetence is just not what they need.

Amazing people, amazing service, always helpful and considerate and literally has anything and everything you need. Thank you Bilal and team for everything throughout the years.
