The most unhelpful attendants, go further down Gordon Road, the Caltex is way better... You can actually get petrol irrespective of which side your tank on your car.

Engen almost always never has petrol, was told that the owner/manager never orders on time. When petrol price is increasing, the pumps are also “empty” seemingly awaiting the increase. Rather go to BP, Caltex, Total which are literally down the road and save time.

The s 2 star is for In-store. The lady that was at the till was a darling. Very sweet and showed me some stuff I needed that were on special.  But, to get fuel there is almost impossible. You get there, wait for 8 minutes, only for the petrol attendants to pass you and help a car that had just driven in after you. You press the hooter, they ignore you. Just ridiculous.  They need to hire more staff and maybe, younger guys and those who are quick on their feet.

Today the 10-5-2022 @ +/- 11am I went to Engen Florida Glen to get a DSV box. the cashier refused to help me because i did not have a mask on, when i told her that i am claustrophobic she still told me that she will not help me. I will NEVER support "Engen Florida Glen" ever again. The cashier has no manners.  and trying to phone them is a joke, the phone just rings and rings...... NO ANSWER!  This will be a fastest way to loose clients to other fuel stations.

Hi Manager i am really annoyed every second week you do not have 95 fuel, the attendants say it's BAD MANAGEMENT i normally utilize your station twice weekly, which i will no longer do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked water to put in my car. The guy told me that that's no water car wash is locked.  All he did is continue with smoking his cigarettes and  act as if he don't see me.

I ad a bad experience with the lady at the till, she was very to the customer before and taking out till slip I felt sorry only to be thrown while try to for my mask. This is not the first I come across an incident at the garage. When I asked for the owner the first time I was referred to the old man in the back who the patrol attended was very rude.  That incindent was witnessed by other customers who turned around at the say if that’s how they treat people he would go to the next garage and they attended said he can go.......I was shocked .  I went in today hoping not interact with anyone but again her approach was uncalled.  I know nothing will be done about just like the first incident. I had to share somewhere

Real bad.  On two occasions "dirty fuel' was put in the tank.  Last time cost me R7000 to replace the petrol filter. It was confirmed with repair shop that dirty fuel was in the tank.  Tried to speak to owner to no avail

25 December 2020 and most of the petrol attendants were drunk.  The petrol attendant that served us was so drunk he didn't even hear the tank was full click. His name is Jay Jay. This is lack of management if you ask me.

Four of them working on the car but car still not clean. My windscreen still had dirty marks. They just rush to sit down. When you point out the mistakes, they give attitude.
