Never experienced so much bad service from the time I arrived at 8am till I decided its too much. The receptionist was not nice from the minute I got there, she told me not to get in because the floor was wet, after a long wait she told me to get in and never explained that the doctor is not even around. As people kept coming in she ignored them too, At past 10 the Doctor came through, was called in to his room He made me sit there for over 20 minutes while he was busy on his phone typing something I stood up and left , I mean I'm a patient what if it's an emergency. Won't be setting foot there ever.
I called before I showed up to book an an appointment. The receptionist was rude and seemed uninterested. When I was at the practice my temperature wasn't checked, no sanitisation and I had to sit and wait with no assistance. I left. Pretty terrible experience considering the reviews.
Best doctor ever he saved my life and Always take his time to check up on his patients. Unlike most Doctors always in hurry just gives you Panado and move to next.
I just like the way Dr Macheke operates, he always have medication in house. You don't have to go to the Pharmacy for medication
