Very bad customer service. Attitude of salesman is take it or as he put it "go to hell". Once you have paid a deposit you have a agreement with them to supply as per their quote. Not inform you 10 days before an event where multiple suits have been booked that they cannot supply one. By then all function decor, colors, etc are already processed to the tune of thousands and their attitude is simply that it's too bad. As a function planner I will certainly not re ommend them if more than one suit is required due to their unreliability and attitude. They are not at all concerned as they know they already have your deposit and at that late date they think they have their clients over a barrel and the client will just have to accept the bad service. I advised I would put their service attitude on Hello Peter and was told to do as I liked and he cut off the call.
Salesman Vinod is great, however rest of experience is poor. Probably the widest range of suits for hire and sale at competitive prices. Had to pay for alterations separately- very poor service in this area. Workmanship is poor and unprofessional. My spouse took my son to get them to sort out the mess up with the alterations and was told that they sell thousands of suits with no problem. The owner was shocked that this was his first complaint until my spouse proved him wrong & he then agreed that his tailor messed up. The cherry on the top is I spent just under R5,000 for two suits and received them in packets. Was shocked they did not put them in suit jackets wonder how the manufacturers of these suits would feel when they read this. I wont buy from this place again.
If you need a suit, this is the place to go. Suits, shirts, ties, bow ties, cufflinks, shoes and more. They have it all. Excellent, personalised service from Sheriff. He took his time to show me different styles, cuts and colours and has an eye for what will likely fit well. They also have in house tailors that will take the measurements immediately for any alterations that you might need. Suits both for sale and for hire. The only issue here is parking, but this is an issue on west street in general.
Best place to shop for suits. Very convenient, economical and best service from Fiona MaMkhize. Keep it up. Your service is excellent.
A suiting establishment of note!! They specialize in men's and boys formal wear. They sell and hire suits which means they have options for all budgets! They carry some great brands like StatesMan, INVOGUE and Marco Benetti. The salesman are professional and always give good advice !
A fantastic range of suits and fairly priced. Definitely pay them a visit if you're looking for a suit for a special occassion or for work!
We had a very poor service the guy that helped us it was ash he was so rude.My husband liked the suit and he would like to buy it but we don't wish to go back after our experience.
