I hardly put bad reviews and always want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but Phat Girlz boutique has the Worst customer service ever. Delivery takes forever as if the clothes are shipped from China. No communication whatsoever, then when the items dont arrive you have to choose something else because no one can explain what happened to your order. I love the clothes and really wish they could improve their customer service, it sucks! Talk about supporting black on business and now we have to accept such mediocre.
Ordered 3 items and only 1 item was delivered after months of waiting!! The 1 item that was delivered had a wrong size. Have been calling for my refund and have been sent from pillar to post. Pathetic!!!
The most unorganised people you can ever work with! Please close down your online ordering system!!! Been waiting for over 3 months for my order!! Pathetic!

Most stressing online experience, paid for 2 dresses on the 16 March 2022, upon follow up of the dresses on the 5th of April am told I need to replace one, since it's not availableno communication at all when you want to order their responses are quick, after that dead silent. Today is the 10th of April 22, no communication, manager doesnt know what he is doing. They gave me a tracking number is invalid, asked for a correct one, I am still waiting, asked for a refund, am told the dresses have been couriered already... I feel bad for my genuine brothers and sister who want to venture in an online business, how do we support after being scammed...
Beautiful & classy women clothes at a reasonable price, the ladies at the shop are friendly and welcoming you end up buying more than you planned to buy
Don't buy from these scammers. They will take your money and not deliver the goods you ordered. Please be careful. I will post on as many platforms as possible to alert others.
I purchased online, and I received the most horrendous service, firstly they do not communicate clearly, when I ordered the item it was available and same day when I was finished purchasing all of a sudden the item is no longer available and I had to choose replacement from what they had in stock I had to choose from items I am not interested in because of their lack of confirming that something was not on stock. Secondly I am sent a waybill number that is invalid, after I have confirmed to them that the waybill is invalid, still there has not been a response from them when they said they are going to investigate… it’s been two weeks, I still have not received my order of 3 dresses and I have not been refunded. I am not happy with the customer service and communication at all. Hopefully this can be improved for your future customers. Regards an unhappy customer
