Poor service. Staff just standing around. Don't even greet you when you enter. Customers are also profiled upon entry based on demographics. For such a prestigious store, service is bad.
I'm extremely disappointed about the work ethics of the XS Denin staff staff in Galleria. My husband forgot valuable item in the change room, when he went back to look for it the staff that was there at that time was all gone, the ones available didn't do much to assist. He was told there are no cameras, that they do not check the change rooms after the customer had gotten in also no security check. They did not bother even calling the other staff members to find out, I have never experienced such poor service and dishonesty.
I'm very disappointed with the service that my husband got from xs denim Galleria. He had a laybye Bt when he went to collect his takkies he did not receive them, none of the staff knew wre the takkies wre and even after finding out they did not bother calling and communicating a way forward instead he was the one making contact with the workers. The so called supervisor did not bother calling. Today he went to collect his money and was advised to take another pair of takkies. They refused to give him the takkies with the set amount stating that its not cash, no remorse what so ever of the fact that he drove from very far to come and collect money because of their mistake. What a disappointment. They have very poor customer service, poor work ethics, untrustworthy. XS denim Galleria mall. Still shocked
Great place to. Buy clothes
Nice store with nice clothes. A bit expensive though. Had a bad encounter last time i was there. One store assistant exchange my newly bought jacket in packet for an old one that seemed it was worn several times. I saw them exchange packets but I did not know what they were doing. They collected the old one from the back. Upon returning the jacket, instead of apologizing the assistant gave me stories. I have been buying in this store since 2004. Beside the bad encounter, I would rate it 4 stars.
Poor work ethics at XS Denim Galleria mall. I Assisted a friend to lay bye a pair of sneakers. When he went to collect them he was told that they had disappeared and nobody knew where they'd gone to. He was sent home and was contacted only after a week and was offered to add on almost half the price of what his original shoe price was to buy a different type of sneaker..I would never recommend this shop anybody.
Please update your operating times on google and phone number- I wasted a lot of time driving to Durban only to find that the store is closed- according to google you close at 6pm, we rely on this service, let it be up to date!

They treat all customers equal
Everyday it like clothes are on sale. Beautiful denim jeans, jacket, shirt. Whatever you can think when it comes to clothing
