Doringkloof Park

A relaxing place to be, around the Doringkloof tennis club. Not large, yet it's got benches, trees for shade/shelter & bins for your waste if any. The park is fine. Not sure when the grass is cut or by who, but that's a non-issue. Some of the park visitors are loud, smoke amd drink there though on weekends/public holidays & often in the evenings, and it can be concerning. Or a bit disruptive to the tennis players. But, one good thing is that people manily walkers-by beyond the wire mesh may be kindly called on to throw a stray ball or so back over the wire mesh. Yep. Dog-friendly. Yet be responsible. Thanks! Picnic area: Where you find space. On the benches if you see fit also. The grass is mostly all right.

One of the most socially active parks. From the young to the old. Enough room for pets to run around. Frequent security patrols in the area.

My favorite place to hit a joint with my friends and sister

There are too many vagrants hanging around. You do not feel safe. Will not take my children there.

Wifi zone n need patience but very safe

Such a beautiful park but unfortunately it is not being maintained. The grass needs a serious trim and there's litter everywhere. Other than that its a nice park, very peaceful. Although I won't feel safe going there alone with my kids.
