Dr Karim is a wonderful doctor. He is so kind, patient and helpful. He was always available to help with my boys. I would call him anytime and he was never rude. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.
Dr Karim is an amazing doctor. Super kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff are the polar opposite and the reason for the low rating. They are extremely rude, incompetent and just appalling humans. They show no value or respect for patients. If I didn’t like Dr so much I’d never go back to this practice, because of these dreadful receptionists. This is based on at least 4 or 5 interactions with them in the last year not just one. This is their consistent behaviour. Hopefully the new year knocks the ability to be introspective into them so that they can maybe grow into somewhat decent human beings.
the consulting hours are 9:00h-16:00h ,i arrived at excatly 9 and sat for a whole hour before the doctor even arrived
Turned sick and pregnant patient away because shes using a lower medical aid option yet he is the registered and authorised GP. Closing hours indicated to be 17h00 but turned a patient away, despite his surgery being empty at 16h17. Very rude staff...really not happy with your service.
Very rude receptionist, wasted my time and I was in pain. He is the Discovery network GP but she lied about my medical aid not working which I had used 30 minutes earlier.
The receptionist very rude my son was in alot of pain before we went in to see doctor see said Medical aid number was not going through she basically kicked as out as the wanted to sanitizer the rooms whiles on our way out she closed the door on my son's fingers
Such friendly and good doctors both father and son Thank you for the best service that I always receive
