Never have I felt so belittled, undermined and embarrassed...after I went back to report medication I was given wasn't working. Mocked and ridiculed that it's because I have chosen a cheap medical aid that doesn't want to pay. Dr Limbada wouldn't even give me a chance to ask more questions and let me explain... "I'll talk to them and find out..." I said interrupted so he responded..." and say what, I mean your option you chose" went on to say I must buy from him or go to pharmacy.... And the person talking loud door open, just telling me off... Am sick with stuffed nose and terrible headache th If you'll ever see me in that practice again...I'll rather die...
Great doctor. Patient oriented. Has medical experience to attend and help his patients. He has saved my husband by correctly diagnosing my husband with covid. He has xray, scan, etc equipment to correctly help his patients. My 9 day old son was correctly diagnosed and referred to Paediatric Specialist and his life was saved. Thank you Dr Limbada, thank you Sister Faith and the rest of the team at the surgery. Keep up good work. Also the front desk needs to improve customer service and filing to improve overall customer experience.

I'm based in CPT but originally from King & 1 of my kids was sick and I'm not there I asked someone to take her there and the person that helped them first said she's not on their list Medical Aid they had to pay cash but I made a call & spoke to a nice gentleman named Sakhi he took my membership number and walla confirmed that I'm in. There is a little bit of admin problems because it was not the first time happening their hard copy filing/folders is not in order other than that,the Doctor is the best in Town I can recommend him anytime.
I'm staying in George and I visited my family in King William's town,got sick and I went to Dr Limbada and the receptionist told me that they can't help me because he's not my primary Dr, I'm so disappointed because I know the Dr is on the network
