The service is very slow, the staff don’t even try and convince you that you will get help soon they just pass you like that.

Slow service, known patients get preference regardless what time they get there. It is not fair to wait for 4 hours then someone who got there after you get to see the doctor before you.

The medical center is full with I’ll patients since morning and Dr is extremely slow. 4 hours is a ridiculous waiting time for a sick person
