Dr Rajagopal - Gynaecologist

Worst receptionist ever. They got so much attitude and they give us appointment 10:30 but they call us at 12 inside. Most off the time they don’t have weight machine. Their fees are also alot. I hope I don’t have to go again. Was not happy with what I received from the receptionist. I hope they can change their attitude and be more polite with their customers

I think they should stop this appointment format, because they don't stick to it, I'm pretty sure they don't understand the reason behind appointment time, it's a waste of airtime booking , they should stick kwi walk-ins qha

Blady poor ethical practice done , blood pressure taken in the reception area , they asked for my gf to pee on a stick then she came out waiting in the waiting area while people are watching her hold it while she waits for the receptionist for about 10 mins to sort that out for her , appointment times don’t matter at all here , we were booked for 10am but u wait in a ,”first come first serve line” . The receptionist also has a huge attitude along with not having any peoples skills as someone already did mention , her interactions with the customers is just off putting and very inwelcoming , the doctor himself that takes charge with Dr Raj isn’t in walks in 2 hours after opening of the place and everyone is now delayed , I’d say if u have medical aid that will cover another place , choose any other place but this one .

Apart from having my blood pressure and weight taken in the reception area, by the receptionist. The whole experience was bad, thereafter I am asked for an administrative fee, yet I am responsible of ensuring that I book myself a bed at Life Beacon Bay. The receptionist lack people skills, they become irritated by questions. I didn't get to see Dr. Rajagopal, the doc who was in his/her place rushed through the consultation and also seemed to not wanting to listen to my concerns. It's as if you just have to agree. I am definitely not returning.

Literally the worst gynecologist!!! He doesn't care about his patience I was pregnant at 28 weeks he told me my baby was in de-stress and needed to be out as soon as possible. He performed a c-section making sure that I had to pay him 10k in cash. Only to find out from the nurses that I was his 15th c-section and he is traveling to Mauritius the following day and that there was no need for my child to be out so early. He said my baby will have a spine problem. All this was shocking for a first time mom. My baby is healthy and growing with no spinal disorder. Please stay away from this doctor

I for one would never reccomend anyone to use this doctor. In as much as his services are affordable he is very incompetent. He prioritizes money over his clients. I went to him for 4 consecutive appointments & he kept on giving me conflicting information regarding my pregnancy to the point where he told me something was wrong with my baby when I told him that the information he was giving me wasn't adding up. My advice is dont even waste your time there. Its literally throwing your money down the drain

My experience with this doctor was unpleasant. Firstly, making an appointment did not matter, I was attended to late along with every other person who walked in. Secondly, my consultation was horrible, the doctor was not open to me asking question nor elaborating on my condition. I left feeling confused and in the dark. He was uncaring and aloof. I am never going back to his practice.

Today I went to see the Dr because on my previous visit my blood results were not available... to my surprise the results were still not available.... the ladies at the front desk told me to go to the lab they sent me for bloods to look/ask for my results by myself....and I asked why should I be the one going to look for my results... the answer was they do not deal with lab but they sent me there for bloods.... I was so disgusted with their poor client service....not ever going back there I hope they improve the way they deal with people shame

Lovely dr. He tells you how it is. Straight to the point and gets the job done. He is really a pleasure to have while expecting our little one.
