I found Dr Bovungana to be a consummate professional, he was kind and compassionate as well as easy to talk to. He gave of his time freely, I never once felt that he was in a rush to finish our consultation to get to his next patient. The only reason I haven't given him 5 stars is due to his receptionist being unfriendly and discourteous bordering on rude. But beyond that I recommend Dr Bovungana strongly.
Useless useless doctor I dont even know how he became a doctor. Had to pay R420 for only to be told to go buy medicine at clicks pharmacy not even an injection nor medicine. Nonsense don’t ever go there
The doctor is generally unfriendly. Doesn't know how to actually consult or initiate that conversation. When he consulted me. Made me sit at a chair next to the door very far from him. Doesn't examine or anything. Just generally rude and unfriendly. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to him
Wat disrespectful and illiterate to 1st time client whom needed to see u urgently regarding a medical mater and serious appointment to see him and get medical mater sorted out as for the bad vibes and replys answering my questions swearing at me using bad words with not knowing me from no angle and all i was inneed of was his professional services and that was a serious attack concerning the way he clamped down on me and very abusive literally just no professionalism at all so spoiled my mindset and put me really down to the lowest level like an animal can u evan believe that this is a doctor honestly
The best Dr ever he helped me when I was very very sick and in terrible pain ,in 3 days I was healed
The receptionist is very rude. I called in to see a doctor drove there and she tells me that the doctor is not there. She’s very unprofessional and rude!!!
