Highly recommend. You get every cent of your money's worth. It changed my life and I am so thankful. The practice is a bit more expensive than some other practices but they really know what they are doing, they are in my opinion one of the best practices in Gqeberha. The team there is so fun and friendly and they make sure to give you the best personalized care to get you the best outcome and to put you at ease. Warning, you are going to laugh a lot, they make jokes all day long.
The receptionist is extremely rude,tried to book for an appointment and she told me there fully booked for the year which I fail to believe as we are still in January….that response came across very racist,so disappointed.
Dr Roux has done work on my teeth and my oldest childs teeth. He is passionate about his work and professional. Its often said that he is simply the best orthodontist in PE. The assistants who work with him are all friendly and efficient, as are his front office staff. There is a long waiting list to get your first appointment with him but once that is done then you will get regular appointments. He in never late and it is advisable to be on time for your appointment. Try your best not to cancel any appointments because his diary is VERY full and busy. He really is the best and he is very friendly and puts all his patients at ease. Well worth the wait to begin treatment with him.
