How is the waiting period longer than the actual day hospital or clinic....it's the first time bt I've been waiting for over 5 hours and I'm still waiting to see the doctor, people coming way after me,had left a looooong time ago I'm still sitting. I simply love my doctor and the way he works with people bt the waiting process is getting out of hand. I've been calling since yesterday to book and no answer, reason being the phones are disconnected bt it strictly says booking knly....

Actually now Dr Cassiem and Dalvi on the doctors side and Dr Cloete on the dentist side. Both practices are extremely professional and friendly. I take my family there for all our primary health care needs. The doctors dispense as well.

Dr Cassiem I'm happy with his service. Questions asked he answers and he's friendly. My problem is the response at the reception when you call. They don't iick up the phone. I've been calling all morning no one is picking up. I can't just pitch up at the practice as a walk-in. The head of practice should find an alternative way to make bookings even if it's online.

Your phone lines don't work. Have been phong all Morning regarding my dad's medication that is being delivered to your practice and we need it urgently. Yet no answer on any of your phone lines. Medipost also cannot reach you.

Please please look into your booking system, it's always a mission getting through when calling very frustrating. Otherwise great doctors.

The doctors are amazing how ever they need look into their admin staff and especially the person who should be answering the phones. they don't provide you with a email address either. its been two days since I requested a sick note and I still haven't received anything, they are either not picking up the phones or their phone lines are engaged. it is frustrating really!

Really the best medical centre ever. Always kind. The drs have compassion and you can see they have a passion for healing and helping people.And what I like is they give you medication too included in a consultation visit with meds

Doctors are very good. But no one picks up the phone to book an appointment. Please make an online system, Email booking or atleast someone pick up the phone

Awful receptionist. I arrived timeously for my appointment. She handed me the forms to complete, which I did in front of her. While waiting for her to finish up, I worked on my phone clearly done. She then proceeded to make a phone call, at which point I enquired what is happening as it is time for my appointment. She insisted that the phone that was ringing, not yet answered was important. I pointed out that communication is key, she could have and should have assisted me, the client in front of her whose appointment was 7 minutes ago and not make a phone call first. She then said Dr is running late. I then said that surely this is one of the first things you tell a client when they walk through the door. It is just good client practice and consideration. Another patient then said his appointment was at 2pm and they are all waiting. At this point, it was clear to me that the receptionist was stuck in a time warp where doctors were god and their receptionist was a demigod and therefore could treat patients as if they had no other business than to wait for the demigod to grace them with her attention. For us in 2021, it's called respect and consideration for a patient/client. I, previously, had a good experience with Dr. Cassiem but this has made me realize that I will never go there nor recommend the practice to anyone. I don't expect extraordinary service just respect.

Dr Dalvie is a very professional and compassionate Doctor. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very thorough with her examinations and has an excellent bed side manner.
