This was the worst experience I had with a dr for a very long time actually ever. I am a first time mommy and was informed that she can help me with my first scan. The atmosphere was so cold and uncomfortable. I was so tense around her. She didn't even ask me how my first weeks was any discomfort or any questions, didn't explain anything or even made a attempt to show a bit of care. I was over 12 weeks and I know her scan is only until 10 weeks but still the way she made me feel was horrible. Then no one told me to bring a usb to at least get a photo of my baby so couldn't even show anything valid. I left that office with so mush anxiety and I was actually crying in the car I prepared myself for the first baby scan and had a list of questions regarding my health and none was answered WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIME MOMMY. I had to go to another Dr to do a proper scan and ask my questions. Her bill for 10 min was R1020 with no photo and no answered questions. Had to do the second one that was R1400 but worth every penny got a very good explanation all my questions answered a USB full of photos and a 10 hard printed photos. Even a nice video of baby moving...
For at least 20 years of my life I have suffered from anaemia and none of the Drs I have been to bothered to follow up the cause. Dr Robbertze did and what she found was scary to say the least. I had to undergo an operation - and this woman was in the theatre with me. She took my hand, prayed before the procedure was done. She followed up and checked on me while in hospital. This kind of care mixed with a huge dose of professionalism is very rare to find. Thank you Dr Robbertze. May God inrease in your life and your practice grow.
