Gp Med

I called them on Saturday for Sundays appointment they said I should call Sunday morning at 9 to book and appointment. I called them on Sunday day at 8 58 . They were not open, called again on 9 02 . The receptionist put me on hold for 5 minted and said they are full booked . I mean in 4 minutes!!!!

Please be careful when going to these doctors, I was there on Thursday and got send for a Covid test, I tested positive. Monday I received a call from the doctor to find out how I was doing, today Wednesday I received another call from another doctor to make a follow up on how I am doing, the call was 51seconds long???? Just after the call I received a claim from my medical aid off R291.17. When I phoned the Doctor to asked them way I received a claim just after the call they told me it's because I tested positive for Covid and they need to follow up to make sure I am okay???

I recently registered with GP Med Centurion for a consultation for flue. GP Med called me back telephonically afterwards at which time I indicated that I had already been helped elsewhere. They did not do a physical consultation or deliver any service to me. Yet they charged my medical aid for a consultation over the phone??? Beware.
