The practice is efficient and accomodates my schedule. My daughters teeth improved and she has a beautiful smile. They got dull though, so looking to whighten them when she's older.
The staff of this practice is so unhelpful. Not recommended at all. The most inflexible setup ever. As a client of these services, one would expect a bit more flexibility in the arrangements of appointments and provision of documentation to verify that appointments had been made. However, you are treated like you have to beg for their service. Sadly, there are only a few orthodontist practices in the vicinity and we are dependent on these people who obviously know it. Their service is so bad...their invoices aren't even om letterheads. Obviously have no clue about conducting a business and that patients are clients that ultimately pay their salaries and support their lifestyle as well as sustainability.
Horrible experience, would not recommend this place to anybody, while I had braces I was told to put one elastic in on the right side of my mouth, all that has done is permanently pull my jaw to the right. Now if I want it corrected I would need to get more procedures. I left in a worse condition than I arrived in. At least my teeth are straight
I phoned 3 weeks ago for a consultation regarding a new retainer, the receptionist said she will phone me back after she talked to the docter, and to date I still havn't heard anything.
Can't complain they are always nice to you when you arrive and are willing to work around my busy schedule as well as others.
Best in the business. Ethic and very Professional. Trust her recommendations.
