The food and coffee is delicious, the staff are very friendly and helpful - it’s just so noisy. There’s no sound proofing so it’s very difficult to hear anything except the coffee machine. It that was fixed easy 5 stars.

I visited the female underwear section on 28/06/2023 and needed assistance with measurements as i wanted to purchase from that section. I was directed to the fitting room where there is supposedly a measuring tape. Upon my arrival at the fitting room, i met an unbothered and condescending lady who works at the fitting room, she made a remark to her other colleague that " she doesn't know how to assist me". I was given the measuring tape and she continued to say " i should know myself " as she pointed one of the fitting rooms. She couldn't be bothered as she continued chit chatting with other staff members. So disappointed.

I've eaten at the restaurant part a few times and it was really good I have no complaints about that part. But the clothes section? Oooooooh the clothes section. The first hour you'll spend figuring out the impossible to decipher sizes. The next hour you'll spend getting glared at by the staff at the fitting rooms because you have resorted to trying on everything ,and after all that you'll probably come out either empty-handed or with an oversized pair of pants and a belt. Although the quality of clothes are very good and if you can find something in your size it tends to last very long. Would I recommend eating and shopping for groceries here? Of course it's an amazing experience! But would I recommend shopping for clothes here? You'll probably find better luck in the shops a bit further down.

Got all the work pants needed in any colour of the rainbow. A bit pricey but top quantity and the sizes always perfect. Service was great

Usually well stocked but sooooooo slow. Doesn't matter whether you are paying for groceries at the food market or going to the café. Eventually got up and walked out of the café after waiting 5 minutes to just be acknowledged by someone and given a menu. No one even noticed we were leaving. They really need to section the waiters so that they know which tables they're responsible for.

The staff in the woman's clothing dep was super awesome, they helped my Mom with measurements to get the perfect underwear. I recommend you pay them a visit if you need assistance.

The food at Woolies Cafe in Centurion Mall is good, as can be expected. The service, however, is appalling. There were only 3 tables of 2 people per table 6 customers in total, and we waited almost an hour for a sandwich and a wrap. The hot drinks were ice cold, and the waitress basically ignored us. I don't think I will return due to the poor service :

Love the store and do all my grocery shopping there. The barista makes a great Cappuccino. Had some waiting in queues too long last 3 visits and shortage of baskets.

This was by far the WORST WOOLIES CAFE IVE EVER BEEN TOO! Not only did the Coffee Guy mess up my order twice he took his sweet time of 30 mins for 2 simple Iced coffees. I was the only one there... It tasted horrible, I won't be going there again. Rant over. Super disappointed.
