Terrible service, the receptionist and nurses are extremely rude, it feels like a public facility. Receptionist told me they do ECG when I consulted with dr he tells me they don’t, they don’t have cholesterol rapid tests either. Dr was very quick and didn’t explain until I probed him with questions. Consultation is affordable at R235 for a consultation and you get medications as well.

The doctors are excellent. It's not the best place in the world but it's totally understandable cause they provide medical service of excellence for the cheapest prices... For everyone complaining about the place or service my advice is go to a private doctor if u can afford it.

It was Perfect the queen was long butvery fast moving.

The price is affordable for almost everyone. They get extremely busy but they've got a system that works for them. Consult as well as medication & injection if needed is all included in their fee. The waiting area could so with an upgrade, toilets needed to be more Hygienic for a medical practice. On overall I would recommend them.

Security guards and staff are very rude, I called in today morning just to enquire but the lady hung up on me and the security was so rude when I got there. Doctors are very great and provide very good customer service

The Dr's are really great but I was not impressed with the service at reception. Young lady had an attitude and she told me that she has to wait for wifi in order for her to find my medical aid email.
