Oh my word phonmanners, proffesionalism and basically brain cells are severly lacking at this practice. Phoned 3 times before a very stroppy elderly lady picked up, now between her and the other Leoni or something like that, the way they assist a client, was very common and .rude, short off and not listening.Low class practice, highly doubt there equipment is lastest models or in working order...,PS:the receptionist of a company is the jewel .....the gold that pulls customers in, soft spoken, elegant and always symphathetic towards clients doubts, uncertainty and concerns...Remember that Dr de Beer and Dr. Steyn. Im sorry but i feel strongly optimistic about a practice, like urs to run smoothly like a well oiled machine. Let that just please sink in, from one business owner to the next. Not very impressed at all! I went there to have my eyesight sorted out and rectified yet I left with a damaged iris and pupil which will affect me for the rest of my life - which was 100% perfect before the operation????????? Really not recommendable!
