EXPENSIVE DENTAL PRACTICE, NO CARD FACILITIES, EXTREMELY RUDE WOMAN IN ACCOUNTS
Waiting forever for a call to confirm second appointment from Ansie.Then afterwards telling them I cannot make 3 individual appointment as I cant take of 3 days in a row also it will exhaust a person's medical aid Fix one tooth,clean teeth and one filling .Just to phone me the day of the appointment to cancell.Unproffesional and ALSO VERY RUDE .Never again.

My personal experience within seconds of stepping into the practice was that the receptionist is rude and clearly has no mannerisms dealing with patients. She barked at me to put my car keys in my handbag…nothing to do with the reason I was there…While there, I was forced to listen to how rudely she spoke with patients over the phone as she spoke at top volume… Dr P Grove maybe good at his job, but needs to realise that the person sitting at the front desk or answering the phone is a representative of the practice and doesn’t create a good impression to patients.
Staff not very friendly, borderline rude. Had an emergency, tooth broke, went there to ask if I could make an emergency appointment and was told the basicics about queuing. They could simply have said that there was no opening. I really felt like a lesser person after speaking to the staff.
Ipad implants that went wrong, yet Dr Grove managed to make me a beautiful set of teeth on skew implants. The staff is professional and very friendly. Highly recommended
