It was super easy getting an appointment and was allowed in earlier. Dr didn't ask what was wrong, just looked and basically after 5 minutes of us talking stood up and opened the door. I have to ask my medical aid for an authorization number since the referral from my doctor wasn't enough and I wasn't informed when letter was sent or on day of appointment.
Horrible. Worst dr ever. First time i went for grommets for my child. Hardly spoke to me or asked if i have questions. I have to authorize with my medical aid. I waited longer in waiting area than the time spent in consultation. Second time again. Time management of the receptionist is the worst i have ever seen. I had to take off work to get an appointment only to walk out because i had to wait an hour. Unacceptable. If i could give 0 stars i would.
Horrible He could not help my baby or know the name the specific part of the ear its shocking. Never in my life had this experience, he is nevermind after not even 5 minutes inside he opend the door for me to leave...were not suppose to pay for such service dissapointed!
I really do not recommand this practice. My first appointment last week, after i drove more than 1 hour to get there, was 20mn late. I saw people coming in the waiting room after me being attended before me and when i enquired about it, i was treated as the very rude one… No apologie from the doctor either, ok i thought, weird practice but i can cope with it if the medical side is efficient. Second appointment today, drove the whole trip back, to find out that the doctor was not even there! Despite the date and time given to me on a card, no doctor… i was simply proposed another date… of course, i will never go back but now i also understand why it was so easy to get a quick emmergency appointment here when the other practice had a 3 weeks waiting period. Lesson learned and advice : wait for the 3 weels waiting period but go to the other practice
