Dokter van Staden and his assistant was tremendously helpful and took extra special care to make me feel calm and comfortable. He performed an extraction and it was done professionally and painlessly. The receptionist was also very kind and friendly. Best experience I've had at a dentist, ever. Grateful for quality service.
If i could put 0 stars I would've , worst ever, the say they will claim from medical aid, and then you think all is fine, and then boom! 17 months later a debt collector phones you for a unpaid account. When you phone them, they tell you that the medical aid short paid them never experienced this at another dentist so when i asked why was I not contacted when they were short paid, they say that they could not get a hold of me and the woman that worked there previously handed over the accounts and does not work there anymore. So i would definately not recommend this practice if you want to go through all the troubles.
