The worst! Listen if you want a medical aid that works great this is however NOT it! You pay over 10k a month for a family of 4. Then you need to sit in line and wait like a state hospital! You can't make appointments because they don't work like that! Been struggling to get my daughter a emergency dentist appointment over a month now! Its the WORST ever! The doctors are great but the service at the front desk wouldn't recommend!
If you are really sick just go and see another doctor because you will wait in a line for hours just to see the doctor and after that you will wait another couple of hours just to get your medicine. I will never recommend this place to anybody.
Worst healthcare facility I have ever encountered. Worst service ever! Waited for over 2 hours to be assisted, even though it was not busy.
Public hospital is way better than the horrible service you get here. You have to wait 4hours just to see a GP
A worse medical centre will be difficult to find.
I had an emergency whereby I had to see a specialist but I couldn't reach your office as the phone kept ringing. I sent three emails no one bothers to respond. My daughter broke her right arm and fortunately the specialist helped me without authorization number. Why do you require referral letters for authorization whereas we can't reach you ? Imagine a 4 year old im pain and the one can't get help because of this ? I'm truly disappointed and I hope something will be done about this. I'm still waiting for the authorization number since yesterday 2016/10/27. SORT THIS OUT PLEASE PLATINUM HEALTH !
I never ever visit Platinum Health, unless it is absolutely necesary, they have absolutely no respect for anybody's time and treatment does not seem to be a priority, my son was bitten by a spider, we arived here before 08:00 on 1 October 2020, it is now 09:37 and we have yet to see a nurse. Look at the wound and how it is getting worse in a matter of the time we have been sitting here waiting.
My appointment was skipped because they had put in their college who didn’t have an appointment in my place and I had to wait additional hours for an emergency treatment.
I had a worse experience with your pharmacy. I sent my chronic script to Perm at the pharmacy on the 17th of December 2017, it was a Sunday, on the 18 December, Perm replied to say,she received my script,up until today the 3rd January 2018, I'm still waiting for my chronic medication, I'm very disappointed with these pharmacy, it shows that they don't value the patients life,how can I wait for so long for a chronic medication, I phoned these pharmacy numerous time, they kept on telling me about 7days, even if I tell them that 7days it's finished long ago, a lady by a name of Johanna is not competent for the job, when I call today,I was only told that my medication was processed on the 20th of December but was not given to the courier's it was place on the front where there was a walkin medication waiting for collection. I'm very angry at the negligence by these pharmacist assistant.
Always been helped as quickly as possible and especially when we had COVID - helped very kindly
