I've been a patient at Dr. Pillay's clinic for a while now, and I must say that I'm extremely satisfied with their services. Dr. Pillay, along with his dedicated team of healthcare professionals, always provide top-notch treatment and care to their patients. From my personal experience, I can confidently say that the clinic has a great track record of accurately diagnosing illnesses and providing the right medication. Recently, my children and I visited the clinic for a common cold, and the promptness with which Dr. Pillay and his staff attended to us was very impressive. They efficiently helped us with our symptoms and provided expert advice on how to manage our condition. The whole process was quick and stress-free. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Pillay and his team to anyone looking for quality healthcare services. They really care about their patients and are always available to provide support whenever required. Although I do wish they were open 24/7, I understand that they need their rest too. Anyone feeling under the weather should definitely consider visiting Dr. Pillay's clinic - you won't be disappointed!

They do not work on an appointment system, its first come first serve which I accept. However this is not the case, after waiting an hour to see a doctor,two patients who arrived after me saw the doctor before me. I saw a patient hand the receptionist a pack of biscuits and she was given way to see the doctor immediately while I was waiting patiently. My wife and I were disgusted and left , we wasted our time waiting while their system doesn't work efficiently.

Both are amazing. I have been attended to by both doctors since I was a kid and I will never go to anywhere else. Highly recommended

I've been going to Dr's K and S Pillay since I was a toddler. So my kids have gone to them as well. I had an emergency where my son had to have stitches on his leg, and they were beyond helpful, even to the extent of them worrying about how the scare would look later on. The receptionists are always welcoming and sincerely caring. A huge thank you to the patient facing ladies who saw the blood and acted immediately... To Dr K Pillay who reassured my son that it would just be a pinch for the anesthetic... To the ladies in the medication room who I had to ask for syrups instead of pills. My 13 yr old daughter is in boarding school and was not feeling well. They turned her back without seign the doctor saying they want certified copies of my ID and her certificate....like why not call the hostel to confirm?

They are awesome. Yes you have to wait but it's worth it. Lovely doctor and they dispense meds so your bill is a fraction of what I would have had to pay cash at my other doctors. I have completely changed how I view doct9 now. DR K is very mindful of the fact you don't have medical aid and the cost of meds.

The african lady at the reception is very rude. Customer training needed urgently. If I had an option,I wouldn't go there because of her

Their receptionist is very rude, I just called in, wanted to make an appointment to see the Doctor, she just said " We dont do appointments, its a walk in basis and then she rudely hung up.

Lovely doctor, they really go the extra on following up on you after your first visit.
