Medicross Bluff

The doctors themselves are really amazing. However to get to them you have to go through the administrative system- they never answer the phone or respect appointments. Yes they recently renovated the building but what they need to do is renovate their ways of working. Wouldn’t suggest for an emergency. Definitely stay away from the dental practice.

Horrible experience with Dr Benian. Did a filling which cracked after 2 years. I came back to do on Monday 06 Feb, it had cracked by Friday, I went back. I needed him to assist me understand why a filling would cracked in less than 5 days, he arrogantly blamed me for eating hard foods in less than 2 hours. Refilled, cracked in less than a week. now I'm scared to go back. Pay again?

You rather give to a public hospital. You wait forever and they are very unprofessional. I came for the first time for my 6 yr old who was injured and I was so confused, reception is so laid back, no urgency whatsoever. I'm never cone back here.

The 5 star is for Dr C. Manning who is our daughter's GP and an amazing one at that... With his great bedside mannerisms and composure, we have dubbed him our Family Dr although we hope we don't have to see him again, however, if we do? It'll always be Dr Manning and no one else.

Be prepared to wait a whole hour before being seen. Even though you make appointments, they don’t follow it. Completely unprofessional.

I am so pleased with the service received from the dental department over the past year the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A big thanks to my dentist/orthodontist Dr Kyle Govender he's the best and I would highly recommend him! Thank you for my perfect smile.

Absolutely pathetic service once again. Waited 45 min and only when I went to question regarding the delay was I told their was an emergency. Which is acceptable but INFORM THE PATIENTS WAITING. Just like the doctors we also have other appointment that we have to keep! So is it fair for me then to invoice Bluff Medicross for my time waisted there. They gave me an option to see another doctor but only to be put in another queue. This is unacceptable as this is a service that is offered and not a favour to us.

Phones are not answered online booking confirms then cancels the day of the appointment. Customer service has definitely declined significantly this year. Covid is not an excuse for phones or online process failures

shocking service ...not the first time believe me ...1.5 hrs after appointment time walked out with no service...staff mostly just give a sorry can't help you kind of response . People need to boycott them and support other doctors on the Bluff ...maybe then they will value there customers

I can't share what the place is like, as online bookings don't get confirmed or declined or canceled. Phones don't get answered, and. That's not a new issue. It's like if nobody works there. Can't remember when last I spoke to an actual human instead of the pre recorded voice message. Terrible
