I took my toddler who was throwing up and had diarrhea, she was unconscious, due to dehydration, I was seen by Dr Bianca Naidoo who stabilized her and she gained conscious, above all she was kind sensitive and caring , polite and is a good listener, my daughter got home laughing and jumping.I praise God for that doctor

I feel exploited just because i dont have medical aid. No I cannot afford medical aid. Does it give you the right to overcharge on everything? R450 consultation fee. R444 for medication is just wrong. Flu medication with antibiotics and myprodal? I didnt have enough money for all the meds and had to cancel sone items. At the dispensary...Im sick and weak and now annoyed at these bills and asked to spell my name and surname whilst it written on the script? no sympathy given to this lengthy process, i eventually went and took a seat. This is just wrong in so many ways. Consultation should at least include medication or give clients the option on cheaper generic medications that they can afford.
