Lancer's Road Clinic

Nurses were extremely rude and didn’t even attend to us. Tried to explain the urgency of the situation but no one paid attention except the kind guy who welcomed us and assisted to nebulous my brother from the the gate till neb room. One nurse insisted we wait on a long que even though it was an urgent respiratory situation requiring urgent attention and we made her aware of it. This is my second experience and the first one was even worseeeee. We left straight after nebulizing because he was too tired and short of breath. His vitals were extremely low yet no one bothered to help even after we explained the urgency of the situation and showed the vitals Asked to see the Dr but we were told to wait at the long que, see a nurse first then go to the Dr. The service is just not!

Was assisted by a gentleman Sanele that works in admin,the nurse had lost my file yesterday and he made a promise to help me and treat me like a vip if I came there today,got there and was immediately assisted and indeed was made to feel like I mattered. Sanele was great,checking up on me through out and making sure to keep to his word. I would like to command Sanele for his patience,empathy and his humanity. And to the two nurses that helped me,going as far as lending me the power bank to charge my phone, I really appreciated your efforts and empathy in helping me.

Today 07/09/21 me and others stood in the rain outside the gate for more than an hour. This clinic doesn't care whether you are pregnant or with a small baby. Today was worse, we stood in the line for about 1hr 30 minutes only to be sent back home because there is one nurse and she will only take 4 people "pregnant first timers". We were freezing and seriously wet. POOR SERVICE! WHY MAKE SICK AND PREGNANT PEOPLE STAND OUTSIDE IN SUCH A COLD AND RAINING WEATHER FOR SO LONG?

The service was good. I forgot to check the name of the nurse who was helping me, she's one of my reasons why I rate this clinic. She was friendly and calm. She made it easy for me to talk because sometimes we afraid to talk freely because of the attitude some of the nurses give us. And big up to sis Zodwa/Zinhle from Prep HIV she's so nice and funny

There is good order here, workers makes sure that the rules are followed by each and every patient entering and exiting the premises.

Today's experience was putrid.First they couldnt find my file so I had to undergo the entire process of creating a new file etc. Then I get told that my case is complicated and the male nurse said he doesn't know why i came back to this clinic.I was told i should have stayed where I came from because I was a transfer in. I was sent from pillar to post. After being here for many hours going back and forth and getting no joy I am appalled by the mistreatment at this clinic.

Been here for almost 2 hours and nothing is been done. One can die while waiting to get help. It’s very slow and tiring.

This clinic is up to rubbish.been here since 4am till now its 9.30am i have not been seen to.there is no staff to be seen around.then the arrogant staff tell u take ur card and leave if u cant wait.seriously the department needs to investigate this clinic

This clinic is horrible,no one cares One time I went there to see a doctor after waiting for 3hrs the doctor turned me down and told me to get out because I did not have a sticker ,which was the reseptionist fault! So I go back to the reception and she was nowhere to be found,my condition was very critical for that doctor to tell me "I can't help u " .I couldn't breathe, and had to go back home with no help !!.If I could speak the owner of this clinic I'd tell him straight up .I thought doctors help people ,the world has changed.

Very very long ques!!! No matter how early you you arrive, you'll stay there the whole day. Cleaning stuff is very rude.
