I am conflicted. The staff is really really welcoming, friendly and nice. The Dr on the other hand is horrible. She even shouted at me during a consultation. In fact, I conclude that she is racist. I went to her in 2018 and I had hoped she changed but nope. It is a pity when I go to her I am too sick to argue because someone needs to tell her to her face. I am just hoping to heal right now because I don't want to go there unnecessarily ever again.
Came here since the reviews was decent. But was not a pleasant experience. I was late due to their maps location being wrong. Then had to wait another 40min to be seen even though I made an appointment. I told them 4 times at least I want to pay cash and not do it through my insurance which they just didn't seem to get. I eventually paid and left just to find an email today from my medical aid that they tried to claim from them as well! even though I paid cash! I will not be returning.
She’s a thorough doctor and I trust her medical opinion. However she is very cold and unwelcoming. She doesn’t offer a comfortable atmosphere for her patients. Interrogation style consultations. Can’t imagine her being my family doctor. The rest of the staff is very friendly though.
I went through the reviews before I booked an appointment and majority were good I ended up booking an appointment and oh my! How disappointed The receptionist is super friendly and very welcoming but the doctor? So cold and very rude. When we arrived she obviously got my file and asked "what do I call you" not even "who do I call you" I repeated my name which was on the file already and she told me straight to my face that she's not going to call me Xoliswa because she simply cannot pronounce it, she's going to call me Yolisa which is a total different name by the wayand I must just deal with it! I have no issue with someone not being able to pronounce my name but her being so rude about it? I was so so so disappointed, she could've even opted to call me by my surname but no! We further went on to ask if we could get the baby's gender and she responded : "no, I do not reveal genders due to personal reasons", what on earth does your personal reasons have to do with MY baby? . I will never set foot there again. Die ergste vir my is dat n mens betaal vir hierdie dienste maar dan word mens op die einde so swak behandel What an unpleasant experience, euw

I will never visit another doctor in Kimberley. Very proficient and thorough. Friendly staff who is caring towards patients and arrange every appointment with the utmost professionalism.
Send s patient for additional tests and then ask for two consultations. Total Ripp-off
