The wait is often a bit too long but seeing Dr Kritzinger is always worth it. He's a problem solver who is professional and kind. I dread the times he's unavailable. May he never ever EVER retire.
Misdiagnosed my parents with Covid and then didn't call them back the whole day after they tried to let Dr Venter know. They went for the test on the own after he said it's probably not Covid. Now they don't have meds because he could care less to phone then back.
