Dr Bawasa is not the issue. The receptionist at Bloemendal surgery, makes you feel very unwelcome. She never has the patient file updated nor the correct information. When she was corrected she did not even apologize for her incompetence. I will not recommend coming to this surgery. West end has way better receptionists and they are more helpful.
I understand that doctors treat patients all day and are exhausted, but after returning to Dr. Bawasa's surgery this evening, I felt like I had squandered his time. I went in on Friday and was happy at that moment, but I was in pain all weekend and decided to return to see if the doctor could look at my condition again, but he hardly looked at me. I jotted down a few points I intended to make, but he wouldn't let me finish a sentence.
